Nací en 1978, me recibí de diseñadora gráfica pero encontré en la ilustración infantil mi verdadera vocación. Me encanta ser alumna hice talleres y workshops de montón de cosas (sumie, encuadernación, percepción de color, etc.) que fueron influenciado mi trabajo. Ahora estoy estudiando la Diplomatura de literatura infantil y juvenil en Unsam. Ilustré libros para varias editoriales Argentinas y extranjeras. Mis ilustraciones fueron seleccionadas para formar parte del catálogo de Sharjah exhibitions for children’s book illustration en Emiratos Árabes, para la Golden Pinwheel Young Illustrators Competition en Shanghai y para la bienal de Bratislava. En 2017 gané el X Premio Compostela para álbumes ilustrados con mi libro “La huerta de Simón” que también fue ganador del premio Cuatro Gatos en 2018
Para crear mis ilustraciones uso sellos que yo misma tallo a mano y estampo con tintas de grabado. Cada personaje lo compongo con varios sellos para que puedan tener movimiento a lo largo de todo el libro. La cabeza, el torso, las piernas, los brazos… cada parte es un sello diferente.
Una vez que tengo todo estampado, (personajes, fondos y otros elementos) digitalmente uno la partes para formar la ilustración final. ¡Es como un rompecabezas!

I was born in 1978 and graduated as a graphic designer, but I found my true calling in children’s illustration. A lifelong learner, I have taken workshops on a variety of topics, including sumie, bookbinding, and color perception, all of which have influenced my artistic journey. Currently, I am pursuing a Diploma in Children’s and Young Adult Literature at UNSAM.
Throughout my career, I have illustrated books for several Argentine and international publishers. My illustrations have been showcased in renowned exhibitions, including the Sharjah Children’s Book Illustration exhibition in the United Arab Emirates, the Golden Pinwheel Young Illustrators Competition in Shanghai, and the Bratislava Biennial. In 2017, my book La huerta de Simón was awarded the prestigious 10th Compostela Prize for Illustrated Books and later won the Cuatro Gatos Award in 2018.
My creative process combines traditional and digital techniques. I carve and hand-print stamps using etching inks to create individual elements—each character is composed of several stamps, such as the head, torso, arms, and legs, allowing them to move and interact throughout the story. Once all the components (characters, backgrounds, and other details) are stamped, I assemble them digitally, much like solving a puzzle, to craft the final illustration
